She joined Kelly in 2007 with 10 years of experience managing learning programs and eLearning technology for a variety of Fortune 500 customers. Julie is focused on building a team of learning professionals who design, develop and deploy learning solutions that align with the needs of the business and impact performance.

Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan.
