Audio conference highlights
Rapid e-learning development tools are abundant in the market, and determining the best fit for your learning organization can be overwhelming and exhausting work. In 2009, Kelly Services realized a need to offer more and better online training, evolving from boring “page turner” content to more interactive, engaging and fun web-based courses. Embarking on this effort included evaluating and selecting the best tool, making the business case to purchase licenses, and training trainers to use the tool.
Training strategies for trainers can’t be underestimated, especially when launching the tool requires transforming instructor-led trainers to rapid online developers. This audio conference examines how Kelly Services made this successful transformation by assessing the market and evaluating tools, making the business case, defining a training plan for instructor-led trainers, measuring success and reflecting on lessons learned.
This audio conference covers:
- Matrix for evaluation of tools
- Understanding of different licencing models
- Elements of a business case
- Assessing trainer strengths for rapid online development
- Instructional design tools for rapid online development
