About the speaker:
Dr. Jeff Kaplan is the Director of Leadership Development and Training with Ferrazzi Greenlight, and manages the Greenlight Research Institute. He has delivered keynote speeches and customized leadership, team cohesion and sales training for a wide variety of companies, including: Microsoft, Thomson-Reuters, US Bank, Aon, the US Army, Sapphire Technologies, to name a few. Dr. Kaplan has taught graduate and undergraduate business courses at a number of universities. He served as the Graduate School Marketing Chair for the University of Phoenix, where he earned a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Graziadio Graduate School of Business at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
