Having traveled and operated extensively in North America and Europe, Kapil has worked closely with the Chief Learning Officers, Training Directors, Learning Managers, Compliance Managers, eMarketing, Product & Brand Managers, Marketing Strategists and stakeholders of over 50 Fortune 500 companies to solve learning & productivity issues in the functions relating to sales, new product launches, compliance and operations within the highly regulated financial and pharmaceutical industries.


Lately Kapil has been involved with strategizing and building several compliance educational programs for pharmaceutical companies and health care providers in North America. Kapil has a Masters in Business Administration and an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, UK. He also has a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies with specialization in HR from the University of Portsmouth, UK.
