About the speaker:

Pascale Viret, a French and Swiss national, has over 15 years of in-depth human resources experience, with strong expertise in business partnerships, HR operations, compensation and benefits, social and legal HR matters at European level in both strategy definition and execution. She started her career in financial analysis and planning and then moved to human resources, spending 10 years at Helwett-Packard as a Financial Analyst and then as Compensation & Benefits Manager in Switzerland, Canada and France.

Pascale holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva and has been involved in global HRIS implementation at HP, Firmenich, Ariba, eBay, Alcoa and Haemonetics.
