About the speaker:
Sonja Jacobsen manages the Project Services Department at medical translation expert ForeignExchange Translations. Sonja has a Master's degree in translation and has worked in the localization industry for more than 12 years. Her experience includes technical translation, software QA, software and content translation tools, training, designing content authoring guidelines as well as project and people management both on the services and the client side. Sonja is currently based in Westminster, Colorado.
